Do I need to register before placing an order online?

Yes, you do. Please go to Register to create your account. Setting up an account with us allows you to:

  • Check your order status
  • Check your order history
  • Record all of your shipping addresses

What do I have to do to place an order?

I forgot my password. What can I do?

You can request for a new password by clicking Forgotten your password on Login page. You will need to fill in your email address. Then, we will send you your password.

How can I pay?

You can pay by bank transfer and PayPal.

How can I know my delivery status?

You can check delivery status by going to My Account or to Thailandpost.co.th
Then fill in your 13 digits tracking number which we send you via email to track your order.

Can I send my order to different addresses?

You can use one account to send to many different addresses but you must order separately.

Do you ship international?

For internatis, you may shop online like domestic customers. Only the shipping rate is different. We will try our best to find the most cost effective way to ship your order andonal customer will charge you the actual rate. Please email us for further info,

What should I do if the package does not arrive on time or if there are any problems with the package such as missing or damaged goods?
